Product Issues & Returns
If you receive a product that is defective, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Products once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Delivery of Perishable Items
Our herbal chicken is a fresh, perishable product and hence, delivery is attempted only once. If the delivery address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no re-delivery or refund will be possible. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
Refund Policy
At Madhu’s Herbal Chicken, all orders are non-refundable once placed. As we deal in fresh, made-to-order products, no refunds or cancellations are allowed after confirmation of the order.
Order Cancellations by Madhu’s Herbal Chicken
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability or delivery issues). If such a situation arises, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative product or date. If no alternative is acceptable, we will issue a full refund.

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed, as all products are prepared fresh and specifically for each order. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.
Delivery Instructions
Orders can be delivered to your address, directly to a recipient, or another address as requested. Kindly ensure that the correct delivery address and contact number are provided. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect address details or if the premises are locked at the time of delivery.
